Delete BusBatumi Data

You may request deletion of data associated with your BusBatumi installation.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to magonovboris@gmail.com with the subject BusBatumi data deletion request.
2. Include the approximate date when you installed BusBatumi, the language and profile selected in the app, and, if available, a screenshot of the Tools screen with your referral code. Do not send passwords or payment information.
3. We will confirm the request and delete the matching installation record and related referral and advertising analytics data within 30 days, unless retention is required to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

Data deleted

The request covers the random installation identifier, authentication token record, profile selection, referral code and claims, advertising impressions and clicks, and session analytics associated with the installation.

Data retained or not controlled by BusBatumi

Map search and routing requests processed by Yandex MapKit, Google Play account data, and data held by an advertiser after you open its website are governed by the respective provider's policies. BusBatumi does not store location history on its own server.
